INDEMIR

Biographical period

Leonov’s academic CV identifies him as INDEMIR founder and director in 2000–2006. This author-supplied biographical source should be distinguished from leadership records for later years.

International collaboration

The 2009 Russian Migration issue records INDEMIR’s participation with RUPASS and the Swiss Academy for Development in educational materials for labor migrants. That later source names Boris Sergeev as INDEMIR director.

Connection to later work

Demographic and migration questions form an early context for Leonov’s subsequent interest in mobility, information and the relationship between people and institutions.
